There are 10 beautiful bedrooms, with gun cabinets in all rooms, huge bathrooms with plenty of hot water for a long soak… and even a snug space by the warm radiator for your dogs who are always most welcome.

With a choice of three private dining rooms for up to 36 guests, either eat from the a la carte menu or try the sumptuous Feast menu, created specifically for shooting parties – whole roast suckling pigs or four bone ribs of beef brought theatrically to the table on huge platters.

A stunning wine list complements the food, and cap the night off in style with top end grand crus, armagnacs and ports.
