You may either choose to rent our meeting rooms by the hour and then charge all food and drink separately, or choose the day delegate rate.

Hourly rate

We charge our main board room at £25 per hour, and our smaller meeting rooms at £20 per hour.

Day delegate rate (For groups of 10+)

£40 per person, which includes –

• use of our main board room
• unlimited tea and coffee throughout the day
• mid morning biscuits
• a sandwich lunch
• projector & screen
• flipchart
• free wifi
